Everything you need to know about building or renovating with Grace Home Construction.
How much does it cost to build a house in Ghana?
Costs vary by size, location, design and finish. We provide a free, detailed Bill of Quantities so you know your true cost before any work begins — new builds typically start from GHC 350,000.
Do you handle both the design and the building?
Yes. We handle architectural design, planning, construction, finishing and project management under one roof — one trusted team from foundation to finish.
How do you keep projects on budget?
We agree a fixed, transparent BOQ before starting and manage the build with real milestones, so there are no surprise costs along the way.
Which areas do you serve?
We build across Tema, Accra, Kumasi and nationwide in Ghana.
Can you build for diaspora clients living abroad?
Absolutely. We regularly build for Ghanaians abroad, with regular photo and video updates so you can follow every stage remotely.
How long does it take to build a home?
Timelines depend on size and design, but a typical 3–4 bedroom home takes 8–14 months. We agree a schedule with milestones up front.
Do you help with land assessment and drawings?
Yes — we offer site visits, feasibility advice, architectural design and full construction drawings.
What kind of materials do you use?
Quality, weather-tested materials suited to Ghana’s climate and terrain, specified clearly in your BOQ.
